LONDON (AP) ? The English Football Association has called a news conference for Tuesday afternoon and is expected to confirm Roy Hodgson as the new national team coach.

The West Bromwich Albion manager had what the FA described as a "positive" talks on Monday and returned to Wembley Stadium on Tuesday for further discussions.

The news conference will be at 11 a.m. EDT.
